- Shipping & Handling
- All products are dispatched by Australia Post. Products are dispatched before 4pm from Monday to Friday and not on public holidays and weekends.

- We endeavour to keep our prices consistent throughout our catalogues and online store. Sometimes, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions. - Refund & Returns Policy
- Should you be unhappy with your purchase we are happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit / voucher, subject to the terms and conditions below. Please note we do not offer Cash Refunds.
Please Note: Due to government health regulations, Wild Lily Apparel can not accept returns on underwear and g strings items, except where the goods are faulty.

- You must notify us by email (sales@wildlilyapparel.com.au including your order number and reason) within 7 days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for any exchange or credit.
- Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we decide that the goods have been used or soiled in any way.
- ALL Returns must be accompanied with the Original Receipt or an order number to be considered for exchange or store credit.
- If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity, Wild Lily Apparel will provide a replacement where available.
- This warranty does not cover product issues including acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorised repair or alteration.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service.

- PURE WASHED SILK
As this silk is pre washed it is hand washable with care. Place item inside a wash bag, gently squeeze soapy water through garment, do not soak. Rinse and gently squeeze then place bag with garment in the washing machine on spin. Hang gently in the shade to dry. If desired may be ironed on a silk setting.
All of our fabrics are dry cleanable. Be sure to remind your dry cleaner to take notice of the care label supplied inside the garment. - Size Chart

- We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site and in the catalogues due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. When ordering by mail/fax, if all items requested have sold out you will be notified by mail.
We accept no responsibility if clothes or accessories are handled outside our recommended care instructions.
